I crave silence
like a child stubborn for dessert
I want to taste it in my ears,
with nailed-lips, motionless
Savouring its nectar
of pure stillness that the
universe pours out on cup, a
warm sensational beverage
Every bite I take,
that soft, crisp crunches
helps him heal, my mini-me
from his melancholy titbits
the more the land go bang
the more I envy the clouds
gliding like cotton-candy
slow tranquil traffic
it makes me yearn to fly
and so I would, higher
immerse in the vacuum of above
feasting on my delicate thoughts
floating like a broken kite
flowing with tattered strings
with the merriment knowing that
silence also speaks volumes
Let’s be together, In Silence
