Childhood Memories

0 0

Do you remember, at that very time
You were born into this world’s doorstep
Your parents saw joy and the time
That you even took your own first step

Some memories may have disappeared
But some still resides in our heart
Cause these memories have always steered
To the colourful part of our life’s art

You might still remember, the pool
Of refined memories of our past
Such as the first time to school
And enjoy until the day had last

You might even still remember
The first words you have learned
Or even the changing weather
That you have first ever concerned

You might still be wondering
How all that time had gone, so fast
And now you must be pondering
How you reached so far from the past

These memories keep you happy, I swear
It’s the cherished part of your very soul
It’s what defines what person you are
These memories are our treasure, as whole
